30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Personal care items and undergarments are non-returnable once opened, for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Email support@verdegostore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.
